Version 2.2 mixed-media sculpture of the film-version Pyramid Head. He stands 11.5 inches tall and is constructed of plastic (Spawn Redeemer figure), plexi glass, metal, apoxie sculpt, and chamois leather.
Pyramid Head and Silent Hill are copyrighted Konami Japan.
